Preview: Mike Monson annoys his favorite writers #2: Jake Hinkson

YES! Sometime this week, I will be posting my interview with Jake Hinkson. I am very excited about this.  Mr. Hinkson, with Hell on Church Street and the Posthumous Man, wrote two of my favorite noirs ever. No, change that. Two of my favorite novels ever. Plus, he published both over a two-year period. Wow.

And, not only is he a great writer of noir fiction, dude is also a serious, professional scholar of film noir. So, we have a lot to talk about.  Pretty cool, I think.

So, keep your eyes on this site. I’ve got a lot of provocative questions for Jake, some of which are kind of annoying.
